We truly enjoyed our stay at The Cozy Cottage. It had a wonderful central location which allowed us to enjoy everywhere we wanted to visit in the Colorado Springs area. It was also incredibly quiet with private parking next to property and was VERY clean. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön kurzer Weg zum Bäcker zum Wasser alles top kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.Wie gibt es ein aber : Die Treppe nach oben zum Schlafraum ist sehr steil, nichts für ganz alte Menschen.

obwohl die Dusche klein war und die Leiter nach oben sehr steil und ein paar Platten auf dem Balkon abgesackt waren, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Der Blick vom Balkon war hervorragend.Die Krönung war das Schwimmbad!

der aufenthalt war insgesamt gut, jedoch war der treppen-aufgang zum schlafzimmer sehr steil, was uns daran hinderte,einen koffer nach oben zu tragen. daher würdenwir diese wohnung kein zweites mal buchen. ansonsten war alles in ordnung. desweiteren gab es ein paar sehr gute restaurants in unmittelbarer nähe der wohnung.

Tolle Wohnung in Strandnähe

Eine tolle saubere Wohnung in Strandnähe. Besonders gut ist der im Haus befindliche Pool. Man sollte fairnesshalber ein Foto der steilen Treppe ins Schlafzimmer online stellen. Wir wollten ursprünglich den Opa mitnehmen, er wäre die Treppe niemals hoch und runter gekommen. Besonderes Ärgernis ist die Gebühr für den Strand, auch wenn sie in der Beschreibung der Wohnung erwähnt wird, hatte ich dies nicht auf dem Schirm. Um zu dem inkludierten Strandkorb zu kommen, muss man zusätzlich zur Kurtaxe 6,50 (Kids 4,50) je Tag bezahlen. Das kann man bestimmt für einen ganzen Tag am Strand machen, aber wenn man vielleicht nur Mal für 1-2 Stunden an den Strand zum Strandkorb möchte, ist diese Gebühr ein besonderers Ärgerniss. Für mich ein Grund nicht mehr nach Dorum zu kommen. Auch wenn die vermietenden die Leidtragenden sind. Ansonsten ist alles was man benötigt vor Ort. Supermärkte sind auch schnell erreichbar.

wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.Das Schwimmbad war die abendliche und morgendliche Krönung .Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bei allen Angelegenheiten kann man immer anrufen.Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet lediglich die Duschtüren sollten verbessert werden(schma).Der Ausblick ist super.Kommen gerne wieder

Die Unterkunft war klasse, sauber, mit Blick auf die Nordsee. Leider war die Umgebung für uns, 2 Erwachsene und 2 zweijährige eine reine Katastrophe. Bezahlstrand, auf dem der Strandkorb stand, der zur Unterkunft gehörte...heisst Kurtaxe 6,50 Euro Strandeintritt. Es war für unsere Bedürfnisse einfach auch zu wenig los, kenne schönere Orte an der Nordsee. Da kann aber die Unterkunft nichts für, die war klasse. Das Wasser im Kinderbecken war leider zu kalt für unsere Kinder, aber das Schwimmbad an sich gut gemacht.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Herrlicher Balkon mit Ausblick auf die Nordsee. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Es gab einen Strandkorb der genutzt werden kann. Bis zum 15.Mai war der Zugang zum Strand mit Nachweis , dass man Feriengast ist kostenfrei.Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna hatte ich fast für mich alleine. Es war herrlich ruhig in der Anlage. Etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Treppen zum Schlafraum.

Schöne Unterkunft in top Lage

Schöne Auszeit. Tolle Lage, Balkon mit Meerblick, gut ausgestattete Küche, Schwimmbad/Sauna wie beschrieben. Nicht zu erkennen war eine recht steile Treppe hoch zum Schlafraum, die aber auch mit Kleinkind machbar war. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Lage schön, Unrerkunft okay

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön und man kann vom Balkon sogar das Meer bzw den Deich sehen. Die Unterkunft an sich ist aber in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte eine Grundreinigung. Die Dusche war nicht sauber, der Teppich im Flur sah auch ungesaugt aus und der verlegte Teppich hatte auch viele Flecken. Außerdem gab es kaum Toilettenpapier, die Heizung war runtergedreht und es hat über einen Tag gedauert, bis es warm wurde. Wofür die 75 für die Endreinigung sein sollen, ist uns ein Rätsel. Am schlimmsten empfanden wir aber die Frau, die die Übergabe macht. Sowas von unfreundlich...Die Matratzen sind aber ganz bequem. Ob wir nochmal da buchen würden, wohl eher nicht.

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Nach nur 5 Minuten Fußweg standen wir im Watt :) Die Übergabe war auch problemlos und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten auch das Glück in der Nebensaison gereist zu sein und hatten das hauseigene Schwimmbad fast immer für uns allein. Einzig erwähnenswert ist (wie auch schon in anderen Bewertungen gelesen) die steile und rutschige "Hühnerleiter" zum Schlafzimmer. Unser Dreijähriger ist einmal hinabgestürzt - zum Glück gab es nur einen kleinen Schreck. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100% weiter. allein.

Einfach immer wieder !! Umgebung lädt zum abschalten ein !!! Allerdings rate ich viel Bargeld mitzunehmen. Meist keine EC möglich . Der Grieche dort sehr zu empfehlen 😋. Die Brötchen such lecker . Sonst alles im grünen Bereich 👍..

Saubere Wohnung in toller Lage

Einzig die Treppe nach oben würde ich für kleinere Kinder nicht empfehlen. Das Objekt liegt sehr zentral, toller Blick aufs Meer.
