Das Haus lies (fast) keine Wünsche offen. Das W-LAN war vorhanden, allerdings etwas schwach für eine 5 köpfige Familie mit Kindern im Teenageralter.

Schmutzig

Wir haben anhand von Fotos gebucht und sofort bezahlt. Leider fiel bei unserer Ankunft sofort auf, dass wir nicht das von uns gebuchte Haus bezogen haben. Hinzu kam, dass es schmutzig war. Vorallem zwischen den Matzraten sahen wir Beim Betten beziehen Fussnägel, Haare u Fussel. Die Bettdecken rochen schweißig. Der Boden war fleckig, ebenso der Kühlschrank. WC war loose. Eine Grundreinigung wurde scheinbar nicht durchgeführt Nachdem die letzten Gäste abgereist waren.

Für drei Nächte war das Putzergebnis vorab zu tolerieren. Recht oberflächlich. Alles andere perfekt. Bei längerem Aufenthalt würden wir vorab "nachputzen". Sonst alles prima. 🤗

Hinweis an Urlauber mit Hund

Ein kleiner Tipp an alle Hundebesitzer. Wenn möglich eine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe fordern. Es werden Reinigungskosten pauschal von der Kaution einbehalten, für angebliche Reinigungen die nicht nachvollziehbar sind. Auch nach Erklärung, das es nicht sein kann, was das Reinigungspersonal gemeldet hat, wurde die Kaution nicht komplett zurückgezahlt. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Fam. E.

Aber leider müssen wir Abstriche machen wegen der Kopfkissen und Zudecken. Die Kopfkissen hatten ihre nutzbare Zeit schon lange überschritten und manche Zudecken waren für die Jahreszeit zu dünn. Sonst war das Haus sehr gemütlich, sauber und es war alles da was man braucht. Sehr positiv war auch, dass viele Spiele für alle Altersklassen zur Verfügung standen...das Angebot haben wir mit viel Spaß genutzt. Die Anlage selbst ist mit den kleinen Häusern sehr nett angeordnet. Fazit: empfehlenswert
