Sehr gastfreundliche Besitzerin, hat uns super empfangen. Wenn man Fragen gehabt hat, hat sie immer geholfen und uns Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten vorgeschlagen! Der Pool war super, die Atmosphäre war toll! Alles perfekt! Wir als Familie empfehlen die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter! Als Familie kann man dort richtig gut entspannen und Kinder haben dort viel Spaß aufgrund der Tieren und den Pool! Lg Familie Mitev

erholsamer Familienurlaub mit Tierparkatmosphäre
Diese Bewertung gilt für das obere Haus, welches nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Wir hatten mit unseren 3 Kindern (5-10 Jahre) mehr als genug Platz, geräumige Zimmer, neu renoviert und liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Vom Wohnzimmer aus konnte man einige Tiere beobachten, da unter anderem Leguane den Wintergarten bewohnten, und dahinter in einigen Gehegen Schafe, Gänse, Ponys und kleine Schweinchen, welche die Kinder auch füttern durften. Der Pool lud nach den Tagesausflügen zum entspannen und abkühlen ein. Es gibt einige Sitz- und Chill Ecken draußen, überdacht und drinnen. Eine sehr nette Vermieterin gab auch einige lokale Geheimtipps.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, ideal für Haustierliebhaber mit und ohne Kind
Mit unserer dreijährigen Tochter verbrachten wir unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem Ferienhaus. Begrüßt wurden wir herzlich, z.B. mit kühlem und leckeren Kräuterwasser. Im Ferienhaus hatten wir genügend Platz, insbesondere im großen Wohn- und Schlafraum unterm Dach. Die Treppe nach oben ist für Kinder, die schon gut Treppe steigen können, gut zu begehen. Bad und Toilette sind räumlich getrennt. Alle vorhandenen Küchengeräte funktionieren gut und man kann gut zu dritt, viert oder mehr drinnen oder draußen (ruhig und sichtgeschützt) speisen. Obwohl es sich um keinen Bauernhof handelt, sind reichlich Tiere vorhanden, z.B. Enten, Gänse, Hühner und Schafe sowie Katzen. Diese dürfen besucht, gefüttert und gestreichelt werden, was unserer Tochter viel Freude bereitet hat. Die Vermieter wohnen auf demselben Grundstück (separate Häuser), welches groß, grün und sehr schön bepflanzt ist. Trotzdem hatten wir das Gefühl, dort ungestört unseren Urlaub verbringen zu können. Umgeben von Natur und Weite eignet es sich sehr zum Entspannen und Erholen. Der Kontakt zueinander war sehr nett und vor allem Infos zu Ausflugszielen gibt es natürlich auf Wunsch. So erfuhren wir, welche Badeseen in der Umgebung unbedingt besucht werden sollten und welche Ausflugsziele sich ebenfalls noch in Niederösterreich lohnen. Da wir diese nicht alle geschafft haben und uns hier sehr wohl fühlten, kommen wir gerne noch einmal wieder :).
