Really bad hotel

A lot of noise from the street until 04:00 in the morning even with closed Windows. Dirty carpets and very Old interior.

Sehr netter Empfang sehr nettes Personal. Das Frühstück war ausreichend alles was man zum Frühstück braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und es.war auch nicht laut obwohl es direkt in der City ist.

Het hotel ligt in het centrum vlakbij het treinstation en halte Schwebebahn. Via het hotel lagere dagprijs voor parkeren in parkeergarage. Vraag ernaar bij inchecken. Parkeergarage op een paar honderd meter afstand en goed te lopen. Ook gratis kaartjes voor het openbaar vervoer (Schwebebahn en bus voor Wuppertal en omgeving)) verkrijgbaar bij inchecken. Prettige ontvangst bij inchecken. Aandacht voor gasten. Deskundig personeel aan de balie, meedenkend. De hal bij binnenkomst zag er schoon uit. Er is een lift aanwezig. De kamer zag er netjes uit en er was goed gepoetst. Er zaten weliswaar vlekken in het tapijt maar het tapijt was schoon. Ook de badkamer en het toilet waren schoon. Ruime douche. Koelkast aanwezig. Bedden waren goed en niet te hard. Ondanks dat je midden in het centrum zit, hebben we ‘s nachts geen last gehad van lawaai. Volgens mij zat het hotel vol maar we hebben geen overlast gehad van overige hotelgasten. Het was rustig in het hotel. Het ontbijt was goed en er was ruime keus in broodjes, beleg en yoghurt. Koffie, vruchtensapjes en vele soorten thee om uit te kiezen. Ook warm ontbijt. De dame die het ontbijt verzorgde was aardig en behulpzaam. Een fijn hotel waar we graag nog een keer overnachten wanneer we weer naar Wuppertal komen!

Sehr gutes Frühstück, tolle Zimmerausstattung, leider riecht das Haus alt und etwas muffig und teilweise nach Zigarettenqualm aus früheren Zeiten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich dort insgesamt sehr wohl.

Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr vielfältig. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, wobei die Dusche in die Jahre gekommen ist und eine Renovierung benötigt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Im vergleich zu anderen Hotels wäre es schön, wenn das Personal vom Frühstück wenigstens guten Morgen sagen würde anstatt einen zu ignorieren. Dann wird das Frühstücksbuffet scheinbar am Vortag zubereitet. Sieht man total und ist etwas unappetitlich..

Well located and good advantage for transportation

It was super well located, which means you can reach the hotel in 3 mins from HBF. Check-in and check-out was very simple and fast. What I love the most was they offers you ticket during your stay, which covers not only Wuppertal but also Duesseldorf. The breakfast was on average in my point of view. I am not sure this is the best hotel in Wuppertal, but i will book this hotel if i have a change to visit Wuppertal again.
