    On approx. 60m² up to four persons can be accommodated here. With a fully equipped kitchen, a modern Smart TV incl. SAT-system and free Wi-Fi will be yours during your stay. Do you miss a garden? No problem! The apartment is right outside the door a small garden, just waiting for you. Whether you fall for the barbecue or just enjoy the sun in the garden is up to you.
    Do you enjoy a shopping spree or a delicious coffee? Then visit the center of Elberfeld. To the pedestrian zone you only have to walk about 300m. The train station is about 1km away. The apartment is located in the heart of the Luisenviertel, where there are also numerous cafes and bars.

    If you arrive by car, there is already a parking spot available at your disposal. The A46 is about 1.5km away.
    Of course, there are also shops for daily needs in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance in a short time reachable.
