Had some problems checking in but the staff were super friendly, spoke english and was just reassuring through the stay.
Only issue was the smoke smell around the halls for those in dorms but it goes away once in the capsule.

Everything and everyone is incredibly nice. Location is close to metro and a big shopping mall..you can find all variety nice and decent price food inside the mall..is fantastic! Staying here is like home..warm and cozy.
Definitely is my next chosen hotel.
