The hotel has two towers. At first they put me in Tower B, claiming it was a upgrade. I realized it was a cheat. First, the condition of the room was terrible as you can see some part the carpet inside and outside the room are rotten. The size of the room is about 20 square meters, rather than 42 square meters that I ordered. The room was also very noisy. The next day, I complained, and they moved us to Tower A, claiming again another upgrade. The second room was better, but I still do not think the room size is 42 square meters.
2 entrances, one closed not in use but no sign denote it. Location close to metro line but still far from places nothing around like shops and restaurants. Bed is hard typical of Asian hard bed standard.
Directly in Nanhu district, in Wuchang, this hotel is a confortable one.
It is nicely situated next to a metro station. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are acceptable. Room service is friendly. There is an excellent French restaurant right next to the Hotel named Goya. Very recommended.
The hotel's breakfast is acceptable, although no western food is to be found there, or very little i.e.: no croissants or expresso coffee or latte's or anything of the sort. Globally the hotel is nice, clean, well built and pleasant.
hotel with all I required, including a ktv enterta
needed a hotel with a good location to transportation, bus and taxi readily available, wanted friends to enjoy sing along at a k2tv bar , the bar was good price reasonable , but had few English songs on players, friends did not mind as they were Chinese. the staff at the hotel was ready to help if asked or they saw a need. cost was quite reasonable under five hundred RMB per day, morning buffet outstanding lots of choices for Chinese and those with an American taste.
This is the typical Chinese hotel experience, complete with rooms that smell of smoke, bad breakfast and poor English language skills at the front desk. Oh, and people watching their TVs on full volume with their room doors open. Just another 2nd tier hotel in a 2nd tier city...there are thousands of them in China.
The hotel is old and tired and needs refurbishing. The bathroom is smelly and the fittings are ready for replacement. The room lighting is poor but the bedding is good quality with good pillows.
The location is very handy for the new subway which is developing and makes getting around Wuhan easy...
