Bathroom door too hard to open. Lady cannot open. If alone she could have been stuck there. No tea in room only coffee. Cups too small. Club lounge was great food. But no chilli sauce availabke. Staff poor english speaking. View of river from window was FANTASTIC.

Good Stay!

Location, Service, Room, Breakfast...alls great! Request for a high floor room on the right side (facing river) to get an excellent view of the city neon all evening. 10 mins walk away is a busy pedestrianised street..take a city tour to understand the city's culture...Wuhan city is worth a visit..

酒店不錯，但附近環境一般

離地鐵站有距離，的士也不好截。出入主要是叫車。附近都在修路（其實武漢很多地方都在修路），旁邊的所謂步行街很頹，不是很熱鬧，食肆也不多。只是離江邊近，可以去走走。 酒店硬件不錯，乾淨整齊舒適。

非常棒的酒店！硬體方面無可挑剔，硬要講的話就是冬天暖氣太熱，而且好像不太能調整，睡覺時有點熱。預訂時有指定無菸房，但Check in時沒有安排，要特別再講一次等了一下子櫃台才安排到，可以再改進一下。

頂級住宿體驗

經過了這次入住經驗會讓我以後優先考慮選擇「武漢馬可波羅飯店」並繼續支持「hotels.com」。 1.武漢馬可波羅飯店是我目前遇到最熱誠與專業的飯店，由於訂房時間過於倉促，導致預訂資料未能及時傳入飯店造成無法辦理入住，為了不耽擱自己的行程，決定再刷卡付費一次入住，當時櫃檯人員表示會盡力協助處理並拍下我手機預訂畫面。隔天櫃台告知已請訂房部人員連繫訂房網並取得我的預訂資料，因此將額外刷卡的費用全數退回，並讓我享用原本沒附的自助早餐以及延後我的退房時間。非常欽佩飯店員工的專業與熱誠，以及那份盡力幫旅客解決問題的心意，讓我非常感動。另外這次經驗也告訴我，透過訂房網預訂時，盡量不要太過接近入住時間，以免流程還沒跑完而影響到入住程序。(我這次從"預訂"到"入住"只有兩個小時，以往至少都是前一晚預訂，從來沒有任何問題) 2.房間非常舒服，大面落地窗非常乾淨，可以邊泡澡邊欣賞美麗的長江風光。 3.自助早餐非常豐盛，還能吃到地道美味的武漢熱乾麵。

Nice hotel near historic downtown Wuhan

Nice hotel with friendly personnel, close to the historical city center of Wuhan with pedestrian streets, cafes, restaurants, and shops; boardwalk along the Yangzi River is right across the street from hotel, a great place to hang out, enjoy the scenery and watch or interact with people.
