Lovely stay , staff were amazing. A shame the website says there's a restauant and bar still attached when there isnt. Apart form that wonderful, in a great location too.

Great family-friendly hotel in central location

The hotel is very family-friendly with a lot of toys in the room. The location is great since it is close to the old town. Very convenient with a garage although it requires great driving skills since it is very narrow.

Hotel was very close to Stare Miasto. Very clean. Breakfast we had only once, staff and service were excellent but food quality was average. With so much freshly baked bread available everywhere I was expecting bread being fresher. Overall we had very pleasant stay.

An EXCELLENT hotel!! We traveled with a baby and they provided everything to support (even a towel)! Amazing and friendly staff! The location is great and they have parking spot, with some additional cost, but still very convenient because you can just go for walk around! The room was super clean and great space! We really liked it and recommend it!! No regrets!

Excellent location and very good parking garage. Modern and good level hotel with tasty breakfast. Everything worked perfectly. Quiet to sleep even though there was a big street next to the hotel.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable and handy for the Old Town. But the noise of revving motorbikes and souped up cars on the main road until the early hours was a serious sleep problem. They even give you ear plugs in the room! The authorities should sort the problem out.

This hotel is easy to access via rental car and has easily accessible onsite parking. Our room was one of the largest my daughter and I shared during our two-week trip and was well appointed. The evening desk clerk was most helpful with helping us plan our evening activities after arriving, including telling us how to witness the evening gas lamp lighting, which we did not know about prior to arriving, and made a couple of recommendations for where to have dinner. We did not know much about Wrocław before visiting other than it looked like a convenient location to break up the drive between Kraków and Berlin as we completed our central European roadtrip. We left with it being one of our favorite stops of the trip and plan to return here and to Poland in general in the future.

Too hot in room

I was in room 27 it was far too hot. I turned all heaters off and put fan on coolest setting the whole time and still it was too hot. The windows cannot be opened. The hotel is good except the intense heat in the room

One night stay

Probably one of the most spacious rooms we’ve stayed in and with beautiful linen. Parking behind the building was very convenient and being just outside of old town is a quick walk to everything.
