All this from one of the best locations in Wrightsville Beach, in the quieter and more peaceful north end… your hardest decision will be where to take your coffee.

    Parking instructions:
    Plenty of parking for six or more cars, depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

    INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

    You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

    Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

A Wedding Weekend Getaway

Rented the house for several family members for a wedding in the area. The house was perfect in every way. The views, the amenities, the location, just to name a few. Would definitely return!

The ceremony and rehearsal dinner were held at the Surf Club which is practically next door. There was plenty of room for everyone and the view was great. All of our needs were met or exceeded. The bicycles provided were a nice surprise for our young adults. We would love to return to the Ocean Perch in the summertime.

It was a special place because it was my college house several years prior, two years in a row. There have certainly been many updates since the college days and an additional bathroom. The property is amazing and very accommodating to a good size group. The house was very clean, SeaScape was very friendly and professional. It was a great part of wedding week. Thank you for keeping the house in great shape! We’ll certainly be back.

Great house for a family reunion vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was the perfect size for our big family trip. There were seven adults and five kids. The kids loved the bunk beds downstairs, while the bedrooms were comfortable for everyone else. The kitchen and dining area were large enough for a large party and we got plenty of use out of them. We also used the brand-new grill a few times. We love the location, because there is a non-public beach access right behind the house with a short few hundred foot walk to the beach. This particular spot on the beach had a great little tide pool area with a sandbar out a little further in the water. My only small complaint on the house was that we had to park outdoors since the garage was pretty full of stuff. In the garage, though, there were plenty of beach accessories and toys, tons of chairs, boogie boards, bikes. We would have used the bikes but no helmets were included, so that might be something to add. The ping-pong table downstairs in the house got plenty of use, as did the deck, which had some shade and some sun. All in all, a great spot!

Walk to the beach easy and just close enough that 2 year olds could navigate without being carried! Location was wonderful as we were all involved in a wedding in Wilmington. Having the full length mirrors were so appreciated for getting ready for the wedding! Also the high chair and port a crib were much appreciated!! Beds were a little too soft for taste but we know that not everyone likes a firm mattress. Overall it was a fun week at a great house. If I were to make any suggestions to the home owners it would be: I think the kitchen trash receptacle should be a little larger to accommodate the many guests that your house can hold. The current one is very nice and sleek and fits well in the space but it is too small for up to 14 guests. To help prevent sand being brought into the house, it would be nice to have an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. It was very difficult to get small children with sand in their pants to stand under a very cold hose to rinse off. And lastly, side by side refrigerators and freezers look great with water dispensers, but for families bringing frozen meals there was no way to fit containers in the freezer portion and then space (which is already limited) was used in the refrigerator. A lot more trips to the grocery store became necessary because we didn't have space to keep anything cold. Used up a lot of my beach/deck time driving to Harris Teeter! Check in and out was super easy with the code. Very well maintained house with lots to offer. For a sun sensitive grandma - the best part was the covered deck with the comfy chairs listening to the ocean!!

Wedding Trip

Our family flew here from Texas to celebrate the wedding of our niece. We all love the beach and ocean so this location was perfect....just a short stroll away. The house was lovely with lots of big windows to view the ocean and lots of light making it bright and cheery and there was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. We were also pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils , pots and pans As for sleeping.... I usually have back pain at night but the mattress there was so supportive and comfortable I had no pain any of the nights there...a miracle for me! I would heartily recommend this home for rental! My only disappointment was that it wasn't summer although I didn't let that stop me from plunging into the surf in November, briefly.

Perfect beach house for my family vacation

My family and I had the best time. The house was lovely and had everything we needed and then some. We made a lot of meals and the kitchen was great! My nephews played ping pong from sun up to sun down. We all loved our stay.

Great house and location. Spacious and well appointed for group of 10 family members celebrating several milestones. Some of the beach equipment sparse/in bad condition (shelter broken, chairs damaged, inoperable bike locks), but minor inconveniences that did not tarnish the experience. Would definitely return!
