    This beautifully appointed 3-bedroom oceanfront condo offers an unforgettable coastal escape. Situated in the sought-after Dune Ridge Resorts, the home boasts sweeping, unobstructed views that stretch along the shoreline. Inside, the light-filled living space provides a peaceful retreat from the sun while still keeping the ocean front and center.



    Step out onto the oceanfront patio, the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, breathe in the salty breeze, or unwind after a day spent at the beach or pool. We pride ourselves on delivering a spotless, comfortable stay, so you can fully relax and enjoy your time by the water. Settle in and experience beachfront living at its best.



    The Space:

    Dune Ridge offers a pool, tennis/pickle-ball court, beach access, and FREE parking on the premises (2 cars, maybe 3 if you squeeze). Beach chairs and towels provided!



    The three bedrooms are each designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, featuring plush bedding, quality bed sheets and smart TVs.

    Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony with outdoor seating to enjoy the ocean breeze.



    Getting Around:

    There is a 2 car carport. Guest passes can OCCASIONALLY be received from the HOA.



    The unit is right on the beach and a quick drive to 'downtown Wrightsville Beach' where there is a plethora of coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shopping.



    Other Things to Note:

    Community pool is open from May 1st-September 30th.



    1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit

    2. 25+ years old ONLY (no exceptions)

    3. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB

    4. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.

    5. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period. Please look into
