Beachfront condo faces ocean steps away from the beach has everything you need to unwind and soak in the sun. Enjoy sunrise in the master bedroom overlooking the ocean. Master has a king size bed with private bathroom. Guest room features two twin XL beds and second bathroom. Living room is set up for all of your family needs with tv and wifi. Dining room is perfect for entertaining with a full kitchen featuring granite counter tops and amenities to make culinary delights. A queen size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping area for your guests and family.

Station One Condo is steps away from Wrightsville beach, features a community pool, tennis courts, and outdoor gas grills. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants, and waterfront. Beach access is a short walkway directly from condo grounds.

5 day stay minimum during Memorial Day - Labor Day.
Condo lot has parking for 2 cars. No large vehicles. Elevator in building. Outside shower by pool area.
Pool opens May first through to the end of September. Occupancy: sleeps 6. No smoking. No pets per building policy. Elevator in building.

Clean apartment in a secure neighborhood in a great location.

Great Stay - Love it all

The property was great! The location was great, in the middle of everything and overlooking a gorgeous beach. The property was super clean and cozy. It was more and nicer than expected and that is saying a lot because I was already under the assumptions it would be fantastic. If I ever come back to the area this is where I will stay!

Great place for winter too!

Stayed here over Christmas holiday last year (we have family in the area). Did not leave a review then, but liked it well enough to book again this year. Once again, everything was great!

Going to a wedding

This place was located only 2 miles from Wrightsville Manor. It was very well stock with almost everything you would need.if you go in summer time they had beach chairs, boogie boards. We would come back for another stay.

We had a great experience at this 2 bedroom condo in the heart of wrightsville beach. Clean throughout, well-stocked kitchen, ample towels and linens, ac worked great, and owner/host always responded promptly to any questions we had.

GREAT Oceanfront Views!

This condo was nicely furnished & decorated, which was just a bonus to add to the views & location in downtown Wrightsville Beach! We woke up Sunday morning to a front row view of a Surfing Competition, (in December?) which lasted most of the day! There were plenty of places to dine within walking distance. I would stay there again!

Fall Break Fishing Trip

Perfect Beach Stay!

Condo was perfect for two adults and two teens. Fully stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrella. Unit was very clean and beds were comfy. Two full bathrooms gave us plenty of space. The view was amazing, with beach access. Located close to shops and restaurants too.

Wonderful Views

From the moment we walked into the condo, the view was stunning. This condo was perfect for the 5 of us as well as the amenities . Access to the beach was directly on the other side of the pool gate and so convenient with little ones. Would definitely come back.

Ideal first weekend away!

We had a blast with our 8yo, 6yo, and 10 week old for our first weekend away from home with the new baby. The convenience of the beach and access to the pool were crucial for the big kids, but it was wonderful to have great views from the balcony during times I was stuck with the baby. The beds are SO comfortable, and we slept very well--a gift in this season of life! The kitchen was clean and we made good meals for kids on the go while also enjoying food from the many restaurants in the area. Grateful for such an amazing experience for our new family of 5!

Wonderful!

Everything was exactly as described. The condo is clean and well-cared-for. Everything we needed was there and the view was exceptional! She left us 2 sets of keys, 2 parking passes, and access to Wi-Fi. There was no lack of bedding, pillows, towels, anything we could have asked for. Barbara was easy to contact and always responsive. We had a fantastic experience!

We came up for a wedding. Our older parents came with us. We drove from Birmingham. We stayed at the embassy suite downtown then made our way to the condo the next day. All was perfect even the old fashion keys. The only problem was the second bedroom didn’t have a TV. The best location for old people

Nice place, beautiful beach!

The place was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed! Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, linens, paper products, dish & laundry detergent, Roku and even games! It was so clean that the cleaning solution smell was a little overpowering when we first got there, but it eventually subsided :) Beautiful view and a nicely decorated and comfortable condo. The description says there is one bathroom but we were pleased to discover there were two full bathrooms. The hostess was wonderful and fast to respond to questions. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance - great location. Would definitely go back!

Wonderful Location

My adult son and I stayed for a long weekend to visit relatives in Wilmington. It was a very comfortable condo with a balcony overlooking the ocean, which was enjoyed tremendously even though the weather was quite chilly and windy - it was still nice to view the ocean. (We stayed in early March 2024) The balcony is very private as well. The property was so clean - spotless - which was very appreciated. It provided everything one would need as far as kitchen and bath. Beds were comfortable. Both full baths were updated and very nice. The location is great - within walking distance of restaurants and shops at the beach. Wilmington is only a short drive away, which was convenient for our needs.

Perfect Condo for Beach Week

Over the past decade, we've stayed in many condos at Station One (family beach week and for our kids visiting grandmother who lives in Wilmington). As Wrightsville Beach has gotten more popular, many condos at Station One only rent with 5 night minimum stay for the summer. Fortunately, this unit did not (we stayed 4 nights). As for the condo itself, the unit was clean and well maintained with fairly new and up to date furniture, fixtures, and appliances. We've stayed in units in the past where they haven't changed anything in 20-30 years. The kitchen is well equipped. Beach equipment (4 chairs and umbrellas) were also provided for use.
