Blue Zone Upper - 3bedroom/1 bath cottage on Wrightsville Beach

  • The Blue Zone house is a fantastic classic beach cottage. Centrally located in Wrightsville Beach, the house is just a short walk from both the famous Johnnie Mercer pier, and the bustling downtown shops and restaurants on the island!

    The top level of the duplex has 3 bedrooms and 1 beautifully renovated full bathroom. The house sleeps 6 people comfortably, and has 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed with a twin trundle bed underneath. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay, and the shaded top decks are perfect for relaxing out of the sun. The backyard also has sitting areas for get togethers and is a terrific place to watch our wonderful sunsets.

    The top level back deck has peek-a-boo views of the Banks Channel waterway, and just 3 houses down you will find the public sound access that is a perfect put in spot for kayaks or stand up paddle boards. One block in the other direction you will find yourself standing at the beach access!

    Linens included with rentals less than 21 nights

    Additional Amenities:
    Pet friendly (additional charge of $250 for 1 dog and $400 for 2), YouTube TV, Extra TV, Internet, Washer/dryer is shared by upper and lower unit, outdoor shower, 2 car parking (small to medium size cars)

    - Mail/ Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Please call our office for instructions to have mail/packages sent to the specific beach office for your rental.
    - Parking for 2 cars - small to medium size cars work best and
    large trucks/suvs may not fit (please call our office if you have

Great House & Location

Had a wonderful stay at Jasmine House. A view of the intracoastal and a short walk to the beach made for a lovely visit! I will definitely return.

Wonderful Jasmine House

We arrived Memorial Day. The housekeeping service was excellent, The first night we walked 10 minutes to have dinner, the strand was a 5 minute walk and the channel was three doors down from Jasmine House. Both beds were comfortable and slept well. We cooked at home most nights as our kitchen was furnished with everything we needed.

Overall it was a nice stay. But we did find 2 roaches in the kitchen and the smoke detector was chirping. The location was great. The size was perfect.
