Gorgeous TOP Floor - Oceanfront Luxury Condo with Garage and Elevator!

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this completely renovated and luxurious fully furnished, 3rd (top) floor, 3 bedroom/2 bath condo with elevator in building. Watch the ocean waves from the master "Sea Dolphins" suite king-sized bed. The "Nautical Room" has a king bed and the "Mermaid Room" has 2 twin size beds. All of the bedding & mattresses are new and this condo is comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The living room is furnished with high speed WIFI and cable TV with DVD player. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and is equipped with all NEW appliances, fully stocked with cookware and has a reverse osmosis water faucet. This condo has its own Rain Soft whole house water filter system. There is a beach access beside the building and enjoy two outdoor community pools and tennis/pickle ball court. Situated with front beach/ocean views and back marsh/Intracoastal views, guests can enjoy an afternoon of bird watching, beach combing and water sports. Convenient to shopping, dining, spa, golf, nightlife, boating, fishing, water activities & bike rentals. A short drive to area amusement parks, you can get out and enjoy the local activities or stay in to relax and enjoy the peaceful views. There is plenty of bird watching with flocks of pelicans daily. Watch the ocean waves closely to see pods of dolphins coming up for air while catching their morning or evening meals. Early risers can see the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony and don't miss the gorgeous sunset views over the marsh from the west side (entry) of the condo. Included is a covered parking space where there is a private garage that will fit one additional car and extra storage of beach items. Plus, one additional guest parking pass. If you use the garage you can park a total of 3 cars. There's also a dedicated storage closet near the garage for convenient access to your beach chairs & sand toys.
The 60 days cancellation policy will be waived in case of a Named Storm . A full refund will be made for booked or unused nights.

Owner communicates with you and updates you on any nuance, garage is stocked with beach toys, chairs, the pantry is stocked with paper products & garbage bags. We only needed to bring food.

We had a wonderful vacation at the condo, and Jim was an incredible host. The condo was the perfect accommodations for our family, beautiful ocean views, and couldn't be much closer to the beach. As noted, Jim also went out of his way to make sure our stay was great.We would definitely come back and stay again!

Fantastic Place

The condo was great. It was very nicely decorated and had all the amenities. The beds were super comfortable, and the building was very quiet. Wilmington is one of our favorite areas; now, we have a preferred location.

Absolute Perfection!!

This is seriously the best vacation rental I've ever rented. The condo is adorably decorated in a seaside theme. It was super clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. All of the beds were super comfortable. And the best part was the gorgeous ocean view from the condo. Just stunning!! The perfect vacation.

Dolphin’s Delight

Our family ( grandparents, parents, and teens) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. We ( the old folks) spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the view and the most comfortable deck furniture ever! The condo was well stocked, beautifully decorated, with many “extra touches”. We enjoyed finding all the dolphins…glass, china, wood, hand-painted, etc

Beautiful top floor 3bd/2ba condo with elevator, pool and walkway to the ocean. Hosts were gracious and quick to respond to any questions. Very knowledgable about the area and best restaurants. I particularly liked sitting on the covered deck drinking my morning coffee and listening to the ocean. Condo had everything you would have at home, and written instructions where needed. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Awesome vacation

The condo is absolutely beautiful, clean, amazing views. Great location, private but still close to restaurants and town. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect. The kids made so many great forever memories and said this was their all time favorite vacation. So relaxing and fun. We plan to make this a yearly tradition. Thank you!

Perfect getaway.

Jim and Peggy's beach condo was perfect. It was spotless, had every amenity we needed, there was a garage and parking spot. King beds. An elevator to get to the third floor. A balcony with the clearest, closest, unobstructed view of an unbothered beach I've ever seen. Jim and Peggy were awesome, very responsive to communication. 11 out of 10. This place is amazing!
