Beautiful condo

Beach Weekend

We have been using VRBO for several years and this was absolutely the very best experience for multiple reasons: 1) Location, location on the north end of Wrightsville beach within walking distance of the inlet across from Figure Eight island. Oceanfront view from balcony is spectacular and sunsets from the front door are breathtaking. 2) Jim is the most organized, communicative, professional and friendly host ever. Provided a virtual walk around upon arrival and responded promptly to any questions making sure we had everything we needed. He is a remarkable, one-of-a kind host. 3) Condo is perfectly decorated for a beach experience and efficiently organized for your stay. 4) Close proximity to great restaurants, activities for kids, shopping and water sports. Wrightsville Beach is a wonderful place and Jim ensures you experience that.

Fantastic Place

The condo was great. It was very nicely decorated and had all the amenities. The beds were super comfortable, and the building was very quiet. Wilmington is one of our favorite areas; now, we have a preferred location.

An ideal oceanfront setting!

Very clean, beautifully decorated condo; ample, comfortable beds and chairs/sofa and balcony seating; large dining table; well-stocked kitchen with updated appliances; topnotch TVs in each room.

Great hosts and great location!

The condo was clean and organized, easy to find everything we needed. The location right on the beach made the weekend so easy, and the hosts were extremely helpful and thoughtful to walk us through everything the day we checked in. Just enough space for the three couples we had in our group. We'd come back in a heart beat.

Fabulous beach rental

We all agree this is our favorite place to stay when visiting the beach. The condo is spotless. Beautiful beach views. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The Wrightsville Beach area is our favorite place to visit. We can’t wait to rent this condo again.

Perfect getaway.

Jim and Peggy's beach condo was perfect. It was spotless, had every amenity we needed, there was a garage and parking spot. King beds. An elevator to get to the third floor. A balcony with the clearest, closest, unobstructed view of an unbothered beach I've ever seen. Jim and Peggy were awesome, very responsive to communication. 11 out of 10. This place is amazing!

Gracious Hosts, Beautiful Views, Great Condo

Beautiful top floor 3bd/2ba condo with elevator, pool and walkway to the ocean. Hosts were gracious and quick to respond to any questions. Very knowledgable about the area and best restaurants. I particularly liked sitting on the covered deck drinking my morning coffee and listening to the ocean. Condo had everything you would have at home, and written instructions where needed. Enjoyed our stay very much.

First trip to Wrightsville Beach

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to Wrightsville Beach, and especially appreciated the accommodations. We have stayed in many VRBO properties, and this was at the top of our list. Long Weekend Celebration of Son’s/Grandson’s Graduation from UNC Wilmington

Awesome vacation

The condo is absolutely beautiful, clean, amazing views. Great location, private but still close to restaurants and town. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect. The kids made so many great forever memories and said this was their all time favorite vacation. So relaxing and fun. We plan to make this a yearly tradition. Thank you!

Everything you need for a great vacation at the beach!

This place was perfect for our family of four. We came for spring break and a college visit and despite the cooler temps, it was perfect. The view is amazing and the condo had everything we needed and more. Beds were super comfy and the owners were wonderful with their communication and information. We would definitely return. It is very close to the city of Wilmington and dining/shopping. But all we heard at night was the sound of the ocean. Amazing!

Great place, great o location and great owners!

We cannot recommend this place more if you want to stay in Wrightsville. The place was clean, comfortable and has a great view. Jim and Peggy are wonderful people and make your stay easy, very kind and friendly. They respond to questions quickly and are thorough with check in and procedures for the use of the unit. It was more than what we hoped for. Best location on the beach, quiet and relaxing. We will be back.

Quiet and Relaxing

Jim was very accommodating. Check in process was seamless. You can tell he takes pride in his property and wants to ensure guests have a relaxing stress free stay. From the second we arrived Jim instructed us to call him for the proper codes to garage and front door. Jim walked me through the unit to ensure we know we’re all important features were which put us at ease that we did not have to figure it out on our own!! We enjoyed the unit and cooking thanksgiving dinner there was a success. Great location on the beach. Feels very private. Being Greeted with beautiful sunrises over the water every morning made it worthwhile.

Best Spot on the Island!!

The condo and property were everything we had wanted and more!! The location on the beach was just wonderful and swimming in the ocean and pool were our highlights! The condo and property is just beautiful, comfortable, impeccably clean and quiet! The condo looks like it is professionally decorated. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was perfectly stocked and the sound of the ocean waves crashing the shore line was so peaceful! The owner of the condo was so thorough and informative and very responsive when needed for questions. We just loved our stay here!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful place!

The condominium is BEAUTIFUL!! It is updated, very clean, and. Beautifully decorated!!

The owners, Jim and Peggy, are some of the nicest people we have ever met!! They have absolute pride of ownership, and are very available should you have any questions or need any information. The condo itself is in a perfect location. It is right on the beach,and offers breath taking views of both the beach and harbor, as there are no buildings located across the street. It is readily accessible to travel anywhere you might be going, whether it’s in Wrightsville or across the bridges. It’s located near the end of the island, so there is little traffic and the beach in front of the condo is beautiful. There is also a pool. The condo is extremely nice on the inside, while being very “homey” feeling. The amenities that the owners have available are perfect, whether you’re cooking or eating out. The condo also has a garage and the owners were kind enough to grant us access to the many things in there,including chairs, boogie boards, a beach cart, and much more! I previously have only stayed at the two major hotels on the beach. This condo is my favorite that I’ve ever stayed in anywhere!! The balcony on the beach side is very spacious and covered. It is the perfect place to sit and relax day or night! We were down for my son’s wedding and couldn’t have had a more perfect experience!! I went in several of the other wedding party’s homes and hotel rooms. Our’s by far was my favorite!! What made the experience even better was how nice Jim and Peggy are. And how well they take care of the home. Now that we’ve had the pleasure of staying there, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Wrightsville!! It truly was a wonderful trip!! Thank you Jim and Peggy!!

We had a wonderful vacation at the condo, and Jim was an incredible host. The condo was the perfect accommodations for our family, beautiful ocean views, and couldn't be much closer to the beach. As noted, Jim also went out of his way to make sure our stay was great.We would definitely come back and stay again!
