Originally built in 2009 and thoughtfully updated, Lakeside Retreat welcomes you with opulent furnishings, modern conveniences, and a peaceful lakeside setting that guarantees privacy and serenity.

Main Level
Relax in the cozy living room, where large windows offer breathtaking views of the outdoors and a wood-burning fireplace adds the perfect touch of warmth for fall and winter stays. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing everything from quiet meals to group feasts, and the adjoining deck features a gas grill for easy outdoor cooking. You’ll also find a private bedroom, full bath, and a convenient laundry area on this floor.

Upstairs
The luxurious master suite boasts a king-sized bed, en suite bath, walk-in closet, and its own private screened-in “treehouse” porch with forest views. A TV provides in-room entertainment. The loft area is kid- and teen-friendly, featuring two sets of bunk beds and an attached full bathroom—comfortably accommodating all ages.

Entertainment
Satellite TV, Blu-ray player, and upgraded sports and movie channels are all included at no extra charge. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home for added convenience.

Important Information
Pet Policy: Dog-friendly only (maximum 2 dogs). A $150 non-refundable pet fee per reservation will be charged within 2 weeks of arrival. This fee is not included in the original booking price.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. A $250 fine applies for smoking indoors.

Lost & Found: Items left behind can be returned for a $25 handling fee plus shipping.

Extended Stays: For stays over 21 days, a $50 long-term cleaning fee will be manually added after booking confirmation.

Starter Supplies: We provide a complimentary starter pack including basic toiletries and paper products. For longer stays, please plan to restock as needed.

Nature Note: While we maintain high cleanliness standards, the wooded setting may bring occasional visits from local wildlife or insects.
