"We spent one night. We arrived after 10pm. There was nobody at reception, just a kiosk with which you checked in. It had a screen with which you talked with someone remotely and it printed your room key cards. Interesting tech, but a woeful customer experience. Our room was clean but shabby. I wasn’t comfortable walking around in bare feet on the carpet. Guest amenities like the coffee and tea service were low end budget quality. There was only one other guest in the Inn so it was definitely quiet. It’s the kind of lodging you get when there are limited options and you just need a quick night’s sleep. The bagels at the breakfast bar were stale. "

"Parking was a bit of an issue. Handicap spaces were often full so I had to find a spot all the way at the end of the lot."

"This lovely little house with a completely updated kitchen was great for our visit in Van Wert. There was room for five of us to be very comfortable even sharing one bathroom. It was so nice for our family to be able to stay together rather than be in separate hotel rooms. We appreciated how clean the house was and the washer and dryer. Great stay!"
