Frühstücksbuffet schlecht organisiert, wenig Platz man versucht mit Teller durch Menschen Menge durchkommen ohne Essen zu verlieren. Personal: eigentlich nett, aber stellt manchmal unnötige Fragen oder stellt die so dass man sich angegriffen fühlt bzw. Dass Privatsphäre angegriffen wird. Z.B, wir müssten/ wollten früher auschecken und dann frage: warum? Erst dann später: ob das an uns (Hotel) liegt?...

"Convenient location. Close to the main train station and easy to get into the city center. Our room had the smell that someone had been smoking in it before (not sure when) and there were some noticeable stains on the carpet by the bathroom. The room was a good size, bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable and the sauna (extra fee per person/per hour) was a nice option! "

"The room was cleaned daily but was a bit shabby. The beds were reasonable. The bathroom was ok, but hot water was fitful and it was not often hot enough to allow a bath. No tea making facilities.There was a safe. Quiet enough. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection. I'm gluten free and that was catered for. The staff were excellent and very helpful."
