"This flat has everything you need. We really loved our first time to Amsterdam. Like people said earlier the steps are a good workout! The flat is decorated very cute and the beds are very comfortable. So is the sofa!! It is easily accessible to the trams into the city and walking distance to cafés and grocery stores. It feels a little far from the city, but that also makes it really quiet and there is a lot of parking!! Valcim was really attentive to our needs too. Thank you so much!"

"The place is as advertised, small and comfy. Very well located although Saturday night the passerby’s were noisy. The biggest downsize was the tiny bathroom with a shower that was difficult to move around in. The toilet is in a separate adjacent room that is a bit unfinished looking. Having said that, bed was comfy."

"Clean apartment with furnishings. Easy to navigate from Centraal station on Tram Line 14 to Artis stop. Friendly and cooperative checkin and during our 2-week stay. Had a slight problem with too much heating in apartment given faulty thermostat. Will return though. "

Quiet neighborhood most of the time (except we did hear some loud voices on Friday night for just a short time as they passed by; but that was only the exception). Host/hostess was very responsive. "We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect! It's really close to the beach and just a two minute walk away from the sand dunes. Venturing around the dunes with my dog off-leash, exploring, was incredible. Zandvoort was just an amazing little town. Jeannette was a great host. "I’ve stayed here many times in the past year or so. I’m mostly impressed by the management and staff. Always courteous and helpful—unlike other places I’ve stayed while in Amsterdam. Some of the apartments and amenities inside are more dated than others, but overall I continue to stay here because the apartments are a good value. "

"Good. except for wind blowing through the window at the top of the stairs rattling the door all night. Couldn’t close the window. And drainage issue which brought swerage up through the shower drain when draining the kitchen sink with a foul smell."

"A short bus ride from Amsterdam Centraal made this a conveniently located location to stay at. The hotel provides guides for the surrounding area which we should have paid more attention to as they had some very good recommendations for food that was nearby rather than us taking the bus into the city centre."
