Front desk was professional. However, it looked like the two gentlemen were the only staff in the building. Room needs to be aired. Bathroom floor needs to be scrubbed. Towels smelled stale, and appeared to have been stored on shelf for a long time. Dining staff were not wearing gloves when checking and refilling food. One woman pulled out her phone from back pocket of slacks. They did not addressed me or others until I said good morning.

They charge $15/night for parking in their lot which is not mentioned in the information for the hotel. That fee is only waived for HH Gold and Diamond members apparently. Was a little upset about it because I was there barely 7 overnight hours.

Overall I liked the property. Staff was awesome, room large and very pleasant. The bathroom cleaning needs more detailed attention. I would stay here again.

We realized after the 1st night that our fridge didnt work. All of our beer we picked up and food from our expensive dinner was ruined. We reported it the next morning they said they would take care of it. We went to the city for the day and came back and the fridge was still broken. Told them again when we checked out they said someone did and it was taken care of but they clearly didnt. I told them i wanted to be compensated for our meal it was expensive and for the beer they allowed to get warm and skunk. They said someone would call me later on. When they did, all they tried to do was give me members points- im from buffalo so this does nothing for me. They said they couldnt do anything about it because i booked through expedia... im actually still pretty upset about this life isnt cheap i want to be compensated and deserve to be.

When we arrived we were told that there was no internet/ WiFi and that we’d have to use emergency keys. We weren’t able to go to the pool or any other amenities with the emergency key. The next day the power went out for over an hour, delaying breakfast and flickering on and off for a while.

This was avery nice hotel for an over night. Clean and comfortable. The shining star was mario at the front desk just a delight, so welcoming and seems to be here round the clock. Recommend this hotel. Cant comment on areas around as we came to visit friends so we rrally only slept at the hotel

Very nice, updated hotel!! Gentleman who checked me in was friendly and helpful. He recommended to excellent restaurants nearby. The room was spotless, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel, would stay here again!!

Great value. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Fitness center was in tip top shape. Free breakfast was a nice add. Cozy fireplace on lobby level. Good size sleeping rooms with fridge and microwave.
