"This was a solid chain hotel for an overnight stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed placement was odd, close to walls"

"The staff was excellent. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. Hot breakfast was really good. There was a nice large breakfast area and many options for food. The cheese and sour cream should’ve been refrigerated though. They were left out on the counter. Lots of condiments. There were even grab and go containers. I thought that was nice. They had a high tech coffee/hot chocolate machine. Plenty of drinks. They even had a waffle maker. Overall, it was a great experience. I was disappointed that the pool was a bit chilly though. Also, was no bathtub for my preschooler. They are trying to update the property and pool area. It was a really nice and quiet hotel. I would stay there again. "

"Super bummed the hot tub wasn’t in working order. We chose this location due to our destination being on this side of town. Upon check-in, we were informed the hot tub was down. She of course apologized, and I’m sure it was out of her control, but no where on the site does it state the hot tub is down. I certainly would have found a different location to stay. I have mobility issues due to double knee replacement and a hot tub is part of my therapy. Overall our stay was fine, but the number 1 item o needed wasn’t accessible."

"This place is Disgusting and run down my room was gross and not clean what so ever I question if the sheets were even changed. I checked in at 9pm and left at 3 am I couldn’t sleep I was so grossed out I had to get out of there of course there was no reception around at 3 am to voice my complaints so back on the road I went all tired. "The front desk clerk at check in was so nice, the room was the perfect temp, bed soft and pillows just right. Amazing water pressure so you can take a good shower and it doesn't take 5 hours to rinse your hair"
