Firstly I paid for a deluxe king corner room, which listed a "seperate bathtub & shower" and I assumed would have a balcony. There was no balcony or even a window that could be opened. There was also no bath, and when I spoke to reception & expressed my irritation at being misled about a bathtub, as that was the only reason I paid for a "deluxe room" rather than just a standard room, I was told they could move us to a room with a bath the next day but that for now there was nothing they could do. The air-conditioner also kept switching off & then when it came back on it kept defaulting to a heater, even though I had set it on cool. We also requested the late checkout after our two night stay, which was 12pm. Yet on the day of checkout housekeeping was knocking on our door at 11am & kept trying to enter the room (luckily it was locked as we were inside & not dressed.) There was also NO hot water on our last morning so had to have a freezing shower before leaving. We didnt end up moving rooms as we couldnt be bothered waiting for one to be cleaned while we would be technically "checked out" while waiting. The staff were polite however & the hotel was very clean & well kept. We also had dinner at the on-site restaurant which was quite disappointing & not very good value for money either, probably some of the worst "Mexican food" we've had. The buffet breakfast was also quite underwhelming. Probably wont stay again.

The 2 bedroom apartment was nice and clean, provided everything you would want for a stay in Adelaide, big fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher even washer and dryer. It was a bit loud in the main bedroom being on North Tce near the Casino, Convention Centre and train station but that is expected on Friday and Saturday nights. It was only a 6-7 minute walk to Rundle Mall and about 2-3 minutes from the night scene on Hindley Street.
