When we arrived at the property on check in day we arrived at 4:30pm. Check in time starts at 4pm. Our room was not ready when we arrived so the gentleman at the counter explained that he did not know what time our room would be ready but said we could upgrade for a $35 fee per day total of $105 plus taxes and resort fees. I feel that since our room wasn’t ready when it was suppose to be we should have be upgraded for free. When i asked about that possibility he explained that was not an option. All He could offer was for us to wait with no expected time to be in a room. We chose to upgrade because we had dinner reservations at 6pm we have to get ready for. I will not reserve anything through Hilton ever again. Also charging your customers to park after paying for the reservation is kinda of ridiculous to me.
