appreciated the limited amount of rooms/parking avail. liked that the hotel was a bit tucked in/away. the virtual online staff was extremely efficient.
could have used a microwave & softer bedside table lighting.
basic live cable would have also been a plus.

Parking was the only issue that sucked I paid $40 daily. Everything else was good pretty clean. Helpful staff. The elevator was slow and maybe just old.

The room was so small!!! Thank god we didn’t have our kids. No closet or space in the bathroom for my makeup and hair products. T.V was small also, my husband could only see half of it from the couch.

Love the vibe of this hotel. The rooms are stunning, incredibly spacious, and feel more like a home than a typical hotel room. The views are top-notch, and the location is hard to beat—everything you need is conveniently nearby. The beds and furniture are exceptionally comfortable and inviting, making it easy to relax and settle in.
I especially loved the bathroom products and the signature scent throughout the room—so much so that I’d recommend buying the room spray from the gift shop. The welcome note and treats waiting for us upon arrival were a thoughtful touch and made us feel appreciated. Check-in could have been a bit friendlier, but that may just be part of the LA hospitality style.

Our stay went well, it was really nice to have parking directly there. Room kinda smelled like urine and there was narcan under the bed but other than that it was great. Reallly great location too
