"Booked a room with a couch, there was no couch and staff knew that at check in but did not advise there’s no couches anymore. The heavy smell of ammonia accompanied by a special culture of people suggests there is known drug activity on the property. The room was disgusting. The flooring had gaps, and missing sections. There was a massive puddle of water under the air conditioner so they changed my room. same thing. Gapped flooring, disgusting showers. Wouldn’t even shower here. Left for work at 6 am and walked into a crowd of folks who looks like they were up all night, eyes bugging from their heads and pacing. Checked into another room immediately and they won’t return calls to process a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

Breakfast was good: hot scrambled eggs, omelet, cinnamon roll, turkey sausage, pork sausage, Greek yogurt with several flavors, pancake machine, sliced bread for toasting, muffins, English muffin, coffee, juice, cereal."
