Quiet time - 10pm to 8am If you need to come back late or leave early please be considerate of my neighbors whose bedroom is near where you park.
Please enjoy yourselves. This is a private neighborhood, so loud music, loud yelling and hard partying should be done elsewhere.
When it is wet out, please remove shoes on the small carpet by the main door entrance.
