"Clean, quiet,pod style room without windows. Breakfast was good and the area around the hotel was convenient. Excellent staff , both at the desk and the house keeping crew.A wonderful housekeeping staff member literally took the room apart to help me find a lost item "

"Very close to the Grand Hall where our event was held. French press coffee was great but a little messy to clean and make a second cup. On the 5th floor the roof slanted and needed vigilance to not hit one’s head. Car park in back was good. No AC but room cooled off enough in March for us. "

"It was perfectly adequate and comfortable, just know that it’s a bit older property. The staff were lovely!"

"Hotel quite central, but very surprised that there are no Smart TVs in any room. Also no side table in our room considering we had two King Size beds and no table with the two chairs and it was supposed to be an upgraded room. The beds were very comfortable though and the housekeeping was excellent."

"Nice location, so close to all things related to Christchurch. Hotel was clean and well equipped. The glass table had trapped dirt which was off-putting. Really liked the walkout to the garden."
