"I loved staying at the Watergate. Every staff member was immediately friendly, welcoming, and asked if there was anything they could help with or do for us. We got so many helpful suggestions from the staff to help make our trip easier while moving around DC for a few days. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The restaurant is very pretty, the food is amazing, and the staff remembers your name, even if you are only there for a few days. This is the best hotel I have stayed in around the DC area, probably the best anywhere and I'll be a return customer in the future. "

"While the room had a few imperfections, like VERY slight staining in the carpet the staff and food and amenities made up for it x10! Food was amazing, and the wait was nothing past 25 minutes staff was super attentive and was delighted to answer any questions we had I LOVED The Salamander!"

"Everything at this place was top notch. The staff was very accommodating. The concierge who was their in the evening was great. He told me about the revolving restaurant upstairs which we did visit. The gym was clean and immaculate. The rooms were very clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. I loved the beds to with all their covers and were so comfortable. I will definitely go again. "
