A great place to sleep while tackling the dc area
The house was great for our two families of four. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and it was clean. Showers had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The few issues below were not deal breakers at all, but could be addressed. The kitchen was pretty thinly stocked (no pizza cutter, a chef's knife was used to cut a frozen pizza and the blade looked like it had stopped a lawn mower, and the oven struggled to get to 450), the living room could use another chair or two given the number of bedrooms, and the laminate flooring tile is starting to peel...it's run its course and could use a replacing. Otherwise, we enjoyed the property immensely.

Volleyball Weekend
7 of us stayed at the house, it was beautiful and everything was as described. Beds were comfortable, shower water was hot, master bedroom in the basement was cool but we managed.

Clean roomy and comfortable place for family to stay
We have a group of 7 people. 4 adults and 3 kids. The property has plenty of space for us to stay. The entire house is clean. Got everything we need. Neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Kid enjoyed the playground right across the road. I would say this is one of the best, if not the best vacation house I have stayed. Thanks Aksh .

DC Trip
The property was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. the location was perfect for our family trip to DC and VA Beach. The house was clean and well maintained. For it's size as a small townhouse, it was very roomy for our family of eight. Will certainly stay here again.

Comfy place, you feel right at home. And the surroundings are beautiful, only nature noises and there is a playground right across the street! Easy access to the highway, including the toll lines makes for a smooth trip to DC or Fairfax. Close to restaurants and malls. Great value!

Memorial Day stay
The house was very nice and my guests enjoyed their stay during my daughter’s wedding. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living and family areas were very useful. There was diffident parking for our vehicles. We definitely highly recommend it. The host was very proactive and responsive.

Nice Place
Pros: Very clean.!!! Quite neighborhood. The bed was fabulous! Very comfortable. (Some type of memory foam bed.) Host was very kind and communicated frequently. Cons: Sign says don't put anything in the toilet, however, there was no trash can in the bathroom. Also, the curtain in the bathroom was very sheer. Could see through it. Overall: Would definitely stay here gain when we come back to this area.

Just what we needed
My family enjoyed our stay at Aksh's property in Woodbridge very much. The home was in a safe neighborhood, and we liked being outside of DC with the ability to drive to a nearby metro when we wanted to go into DC. The location was also central to other historical sites we visited as well, so it was a great area to stay in for our trip. The home was clean and came with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Rental for DC Spring Break
AK and Lauren have a great property here. We stayed in mid March 2023 for a visit to DC for Spring Break. The house was clean and quiet. Lots of space for families. Quick access to I-95 and easy to get to the metro at Springfield-Franconia. Thanks!
