"Comfortable but tired property. Long haul walk up to the apartment after a days’ skiing. Needs scrubbing up to justify the price. Upgrading the $10 shower head would be a big plus . "The property is well located in a beautiful part of Victoria with easy access to ski resorts. But it looked like the property had been untenanted for a while as there were lots of spider webs - including on the kitchen shelves - and hair and dust under the cushion on the window seat. We noticed the dust and hair when we chased a spider under the cushion and lifted it, and found all the hair and dust there."
