"Stayed here for a family beach trip and overall I'd give it about a 7/10. The biggest positive is the value. We paid around $600 for three nights on a beachfront property, and for that price I don't think you can expect luxury. The hotel is definitely showing its age and could use some updates, but the room was clean enough, the AC worked, the pool was nice, and beach access was excellent. The location is really what you're paying for. We were able to walk right out to the beach in just a couple of minutes, and the pool area had a good atmosphere. Our room was listed as Gulf-side. The palm trees blocked most of the direct view from our balcony, but if you stood in the right spot you could still see the ocean. The crowd was a mixed bag and the property can feel a little rough around the edges compared to more expensive resorts. That said, nobody bothered us, and once we settled in, it wasn't an issue. This is not the place to stay if you're looking for a fancy resort experience. If you want updated rooms, luxury amenities, and a polished atmosphere, you'll probably be disappointed. If you're a budget-conscious traveler who mainly wants a clean place to sleep, a pool, and easy beach access, it's a solid option. I would stay here again. The price was right, and the beach was great. One piece of advice: bring a small broom. Sand will find it's way in."

"Ok so here is the most honest review you're going to get. If you have pets, want a cheap room, and like to party this place is the one for you. If you have a family with children - Avoid. If you are young women alone - Avoid. We stayed in room 117. The two rooms beside it are lived in. There were people knocking, talking, yelling, coming and going all hours of the night. There were groups of what appeared to be less fortunate people on bicycles all coming and going from one room beside the pool. This place was the pure definition of a "trap-motel". Now to our room. The AC blew cold, but had issues staying on. The floor had so much built up sand on it that we couldn't walk barefooted in the room or our feet would be black. The front door had a half inch gap between it and the floor allowing air, light, and sound in. The second bed when turned down had a massive yellow stain on the sheets. The bathroom walls and door jam were clawed up due to someone locking their dog in it. There was dried blood on the door and the jamb. There were mats of long brown hair on the shower wall and the side of the tub. Fortunately we're two guys, slept in one bed, and they had a place in the back parking lot for our dogs to potty. Location was great. Would not stay here again."

"The condo itself was beautiful, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We didn’t have the beach view technically (our sliding glass door was the view of the lake) but the front door out of the condo shows the ocean. The amenities onsite was amazing! Like in my opinion there is no better spot in Panama. A walking distance to Walmart, pineapple Willie’s right in front, a short cross over the road to the beach access. The food onsite is 1000x better than pineapple Willie’s so just eat there and skip the 2 hour wait. My reason in the four stars is A.) the check in process was brutal with my 5 kids and ONE receptionist with a line to the back of the room and then when we got to the front to check in we got told rather coldly that we were sent a link from our host for our parking pass which is an additional fee which seems to be a regular issue with there because myself and a handful of other travelers had to step aside to complete the link process and B.) the design of the building is CLEARLY meant for you not to be able to leave conveniently because the elevators to the parking garage closest to our room are broken and the 3 that were operable were ALWAYS full so we took the stairs 90% of the time. You also have to go to a certain floor to get out at the parking garage which is a pain when you have groceries to bring in and out. We got used to the design by the third day but it was honestly pretty annoying at first. Overall a great stay though the room was beautiful!"
