"Came up here with a few friends for a golf trip and loved the house. House was more spacious than anticipated from pictures. Very clean and had everything stocked that we needed; paper towels, toilet paper, soft towels, etc. Beds were very comfortable and much appreciated after being out in the sun all day. Check in and out were very simple and Jessica and Rick were attentive and responsive. Felt like we had our own private up north cabin out on the water, all while being a short 10-15 minute...

"The host provided clear communication for check in and verified that normal amenities that weren’t listed (iron and ironing board) were available. They even put the items out for me before I arrived. Check in went seamlessly. Plenty of space for a single traveler and could accommodate four with the pull out bed. The kitchen was well supplied. Hot water was hot and the baseboard heaters took the chill off an abnormally cold summer weekend. Fun to see deer right outside the window in the morning....

"The house was quirky and cute. It was obvious that it had just been redone because everything was brand new. Very clean and simple. The only negative thing I would say is that the ceilings are quite low, so if you are over 6 ft, you kind of have to duck everywhere."

"We needed a place to relax after a day of snowmobiling in Gaylord and this home fit the bill perfectly. Spacious and charming it was like we were time-warped back to the 50's/60's. "We had a wonderful stay at the cottage in Harbor Springs! It's one of the most well-stocked rentals we've ever stayed in-- the kitchen has everything you need and there are even beach towels. It's very close to downtown Harbor Springs. The backyard is huge and we had a great time making a fire and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Maureen is an excellent communicator and even took the trouble to mail us something we forgot. Would recommend!"
