Cottage 8-9 - Year Round - Pet Friendly - Stand Alone 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath

Cottage 8-9 is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom Cottage with large private courtyard and kitchenette. Bedroom 1: Trundle (2 Singles Convertible to a King). Bedroom 2: 2 Queen Beds plus a loft suitable for children, accessible by ladder with two Twins. The Cottage features 2 Bathrooms each with a shower.

There is a private courtyard complete with Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided),chiminea, a hammock, a swing, and a picnic table. This unit sleeps a max of 6 Adults plus children up to a max of 8 guests.

The kitchenette features stove/oven, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig Duo coffee maker plus all the basic utensils, plates, cups etc. There is a full size refrigerator in the front dining room on the cottage.

We are pet friendly only for registered pets (a $50 per pet fee applies).

We are walkable to Lake Winnipesaukee, the town docks and public boat launch, and to the shops and restaurants along Main Street.

We are two doors down from Foss Field which runs along Back Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee which has pickleball and basketball courts, a playground, a big grassy area. The entrance to the Cotton Valley Rail Trail is a few doors down in the other direction. It's a beautiful walking riding path into the center of Main Street on Railroad Ave.
