Caretakers -Split level Pet Friendly $50 Fee
- Apartment on the back of the Main House w/ separate entrance. First floor in small living room w/ 2 chairs & Bathroom, climb 12 stairs up to kitchen/bedroom. Kitchenette, range, refrigerator Keurig Duo. Double Bed w/ very small twin suitable for child. Bathroom is a wet room style bath-entire room becomes the shower (shower over the toilet). Please see pictures for more detail. We decorate for Halloween! See pictures!
Pet friendly w/ a $50 per pet cleaning fee, must be registered when booking. No unregistered pets allowed.

Convenient to downtown
Stayed a couple of nights in order to enjoy the Wolfeboro Christmas parade and tree lighting as well as the Nutcracker at Kingswood Performing Arts Center. Apartment is cozy and within walking distance of downtown area for entertainment, shopping and restaurants.

Cozy retreat
The Caretakers cottage is cozy and a great place for a short stay. I enjoyed my time there. There's a nice grocery store just a two minute walk down the road. The bike trail and WWII Museum are steps away. You can easily walk downtown to restaurants as well.
