"The lake house was beautifully decorated with special touches in the kitchen (Keurig pods with creamer, garbage liners, bowls for the pet) and bathroom (disposable tooth brushes with toothpaste and makeup remover). Three bedrooms with large flat screen TVs in each room. The outside ground was huge with a serene lake! Absolutely beautiful and secluded!"

"A little dated.. the walls were a lil thin I could hear ppl talking but over all 10/10 the establishment was very clean , no bed bugs, no weird smells, front desk ppl were pleasant and parking was good, microwave and refrigerator was also inside the room. "

"Property was exactly as listed. Very clean and cozy.It was a nice area to stay and for the most part quiet. Occasionally there was some traffic noise but not bothersome. The kitchen was well stoked with more pots and pans than you will ever need. The outside patio is covered (connected to the main house) and has ample space to watch the rain from in comfort.We enjoyed our stay very much and will certainly stay here again when in the area. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit."

"We have come to this place for the past 8 years for our annual family tripWe are able to catch enough fish for our family Fish Fry which now includes close to 40 peopleThe game room is always a hit with its Ping Pong table, Foos ball table and Pool table, good place for rainy weather days Upstairs in the dorm area there all sorts of games, puzzles and movies"The Hickory Creek" is a hidden jewel where our family loves to spend time at each visit, the icy water is so refreshingWe bring our 4 wheeler and "glorified" golf carts and explore all over the placeI personally enjoy walking and enjoying the peaceful setting in the early mornings or late eveningsThe owners are so easy to work with and someone is always available We will continue to return as long this place is available The family talks about this place for months after our visit an then starts up again in December talking about the next visitIf you are looking for a family vacation where everyone is together under one roof and forming relationships with their aunts, uncles and cousin this is the perfect place to make lifelong family connections and memories"

"This is just what we needed. The property is beautiful and the location remote enough to feel a total peace. The porch is phenomenal. We very much enjoyed the swing porch swings and spend a lot of time there. Our host was amazing. She answered questions and provided information as needed. We will be back for some more rest and relaxation."
