"Bedroom window wouldn't lock, good thing we were on the 3rd floor. The extra chair had rips in it, one of the lamps flickered and wouldn't stay on. Bed was awful - very firm. Shower head was rusted. Holes in the wall by the window that were poorly patched. I was charged a $75 incidental fee at check in by the employee working instead of only charging if needed. This was a 2 star hotel not 3.5 star as rated."

"Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Staff assisting with breakfast need to be able to speak English. My wife asked if the scrambled eggs had milk in them and the staff brought her a glass of milk. Otherwise, very good. Would stay there again."

"The room was amazing, the staff were amazing as well. The breakfast was just ok. They only had two breakfast meats sausage patties or bacon. The bacon looked like it could’ve cooked a lot longer. Good fruit and cereal choices. If I were to complain it would be about children playing in the hall at 10pm. I paid extra for a high floor so I would think the parents of the children would realize that. I tried to wait them out but at 11pm I made a call to the front desk and it was immediately handled. I will definitely stay at this location again. It’s five minutes from everywhere I needed to go. "

"We arrived to a room that was very minimal. There were 2 complimentary bottles of water and a refrigerator. I immediately made tea, a non caffeinated tea. We felt like the comforter and sheet wasn’t enough but turned up the temp. There were 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels and one of the bottles of product had fallen off the wall and was on the shower hand rail, there were no shelves in the shower for a razor or products. I immediately noticed a hair ball on the glass of the shower and another on the tile of the bathroom so felt like the room wasn’t clean. The next morning we asked for a refresh of the room and a blanket which happened while we were out. 2 more bottles of water were left and all new towels, the hair balls and the product in the shower were still there. 3 nights it was like that, no new tea was ever refilled. The day before we checked out we actually got 3 bath towels, a new wrapped bar of soap and a new bottle of lotion, was it a different house cleaner? Hair ball was still on the glass though. It is a minimal hotel with free parking and a fun shopping area around it. We ate at Bamboo Pennys and loved it. I got coffee several mornings from Outta The Blue and they had great pastries and coffee drinks as well as juice shots and protein bites. We will probably stay here again when we are in town because the price is right. I don’t know if they offer breakfast or anything. The front desk was nice when we asked for a blanket. "
