Please bring own bedding, pillows, blankets linens, bath towels, toiletries, kitchen has all dish ware, coffee maker, toaster. microwave and WiFi and basic cable. Pleasant area no heavy traffic for nice walks with children or strollers etc.
brand new air conditioner / heat - their are no cots please bring air mattresses if needed for sleeping more than 4 people - max 6 guests- NO Pets sorry.

open floor plan - one level - their are 2 steps in breezeway that lead up into kitchen entry / or you can walk around the house to more stairs.
no - washer/dryer onsite - in town is laundry mat / gas grill is provided with scenic waterfront views of Port Bay. Sunsets are pretty if you drive up to lake their is a paved parking lot. 2/ boat launches in the area and only 5 minute ride to open boat channel onto to beautiful
Lake Ontario - fish from dock.
Please contact owner by email provided with any questions regarding *additional guests for day picnics please note * the max is 6 additional guests they are permitted to stay-no later than 9 pm.
Note: We the owners keep our boat in The boat hoist on property ( all other guests may use the dock on the opposite side of the hoist ). We also may pass through the side yard from time to time to get to our boat Thank you.

property - maximum of 28’ at dock
**bring your : fishing gear, please do not leave line or hooks anywhere-on property do to the wildlife and people’s feet or children barefoot !
- NO smoking in house / outside smoking only all butts must be completely put out and placed in fire pit. We provide camp chairs and firewood

All smoking outside ONLY & Sorry NO Pets. All garbage must be in a garabage bag & tied & placed inside tote @ top of driveway with lid closed.
If you bring your own air mattresses you can sleep a 4-6 people on living room open floor plan we ask that our couch is specially used as a couch.
* coffee maker unplugged, garbage out of house see above. Please do not lock either breezeway end doors NO key ! Do Lock kitchen door & glass slider.
