"Room wasnt cleaned for 5 days, bed made on 2 days Breakfast used to so nice here Frozen bread, few bits of fruit,cooked breakfast, few pastieriez, 3 cereals very very disappointing Peter staff at breakfast was lovely. Rooms drab, old out dated. Noise issue "

"Great location near Paddington Station; very helpful staff (maneuvered the rooms around to let us have a very early check-in, with no charge, after an overnight flight from the US); very clean room with good housekeeping. They didn't provide many towels but readily gave us extras when asked. Very good value."

"Rooms are very dated. No soap- had to ask and even then they didn’t provide. Booked double- ended with a twin. Second day, they put another bed in the room! 3 single beds. Had to call down to remove. Backs on to rail line! Had a course at the hotel. Won’t stay again."

"The whole experience of staying was so lovely. The staff were helpful, the room had a great view and had everything we needed. Air conditioning was nice in the room and great facilities. Breakfast had a variety of choice, high quality and friendly staff."

"A place we always stay before an early flight from Heathrow. Check in smooth, room good, comfortable bed, quiet. Enjoyed a couple of drinks in the bar, good food selection available in the bar, but decided on the restaurant. - One of the restaurants, La Belle Époque, super food, high end, and the other restaurant, a great variety of dishes to suit people from all over the world. Loved my fish dish, and my husband loved his vegetarian. Desserts not so memorable. Great sleep (albeit short), quick check out, felt safe and easily connected to T5 and Heathrow Express is a 5-minute walk. Much better than most airport hotels I have stayed in for sure!"

"Staff were brief, it was clean and great for an over night stay. The bathroom is a little bizarre. Tbe shower wets the floor and if you need to use the bathroom aftet a shower you get wet feet for the rest of the stay. "

"Clean room, curtain and light controls at the bedside. Excellent and attentive staff. Bus stop right in front of hotel and a short walk to Vauxhall station. Great location and view of the river. "
