Semi-detached house with wide field view

  • The holiday house "An der Kurpromenade 9a" (semi-detached house) stands on a 200 sqm plot, with a small lawn, terrace with awning and garden furniture, barbecue and storage for bicycles etc. The property is in a dead end and so ideal for children. The house has a unique location, as it is with the terrace to the open field (south side). Upstairs are two bedrooms with 2 beds each (double bed and 2 separate beds).

    The bathroom with shower is located on the first floor. On the ground floor is a large living room with comfortable seating area, a dining area, satellite TV, high chair, radio cassette player, patio door to the garden.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster.

    Furthermore, you will find the guest toilet on the ground floor. Parking space for your car directly at the house. The house is about 200m from the marina, 500m from the outer harbor and beach, and 800m from the spa center "Cliner - source" away.

    If required, we provide you with a travel cot free of charge.
