Our modernly furnished holiday rental is located near the centre of Carolinensiel and is available for rent year-round. It was lovingly renovated and modernised in June 2024. The beach (approx. 3 km), spa facilities (approx. 1.2 km), the dike (approx. 2.5 km), the ferry terminal (approx. 3.3 km), restaurants (approx. 700 m), and more are all within easy reach.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, is fully tiled, and features a large south-facing terrace.

A cosy dining area with a well-equipped kitchen offers plenty of space. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. This allows you to start your day relaxed with a leisurely breakfast or wind it down with a cosy dinner.

The bedroom faces north and is in a quiet location. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sleeper sofa for one child, though space is limited.
A modern shower room completes the amenities. You’ll also find a hair dryer here.

The apartment also features free Wi-Fi, 2 TVs (in the living room and bedroom), a washing machine, a drying rack, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, and an ironing board.

A travel cot and a high chair are available for our younger guests.

Only dogs are allowed; a one-time fee of €20.00 per pet applies.
