- On the ground floor of the 80m² semi-detached house is a spacious and friendly area for cooking, dining and living, a fireplace provides a feel-good atmosphere. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower. The upper floor has three bedrooms with TV (2x each a double bed, 1x single bed) and a spacious shower room incl. Bathtub and thus offers enough space for the whole family. WiFi is accessible without cost. All windows are equipped with shutters and throughout the property are tiles or Laminated laid. A high-quality equipment ensures appropriate living comfort. Maximum occupancy for this cottage: 4 adults, 1 child up to 16 years, 1 child up to 2 years

This high quality semi-detached house is located near the center. From here it is only a few meters to the museum harbor. Numerous shops, restaurants and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The outdoor area of the holiday home has a garden with a furnished terrace and is ideal for relaxation. You are also welcome to bring your dog. Two designated parking spaces are located in front of the house. Furthermore, a specially leased beach chair on the beach is offered (seasonally).
