FH Dünenwind, top equipment, central location, 120 sqm, 3 bathrooms, dogs allowed.

The wonderfully quiet duplex dune wind, which is only about 200m from the museum harbor or from the city center of Carolinensiel, invites you to a relaxing holiday even without a car, as everything can be reached on foot. Our house has been freshly renovated and refurbished with great attention to detail. The house is equipped for up to 8 people plus a travel cot. Pets are welcome.

On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, high chair, etc. You will also find a guest toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. Another bathroom is next to the kitchen, with a walk-in shower and a low sink (suitable for the disabled). All doors on the ground floor are wheelchair accessible. A storage room with ironing board, iron, clothes dryer and vacuum cleaner is also available. A large cozy living and dining room invite you to linger. It is equipped with a large dining area (8 seats), 2x sofa beds, flat screen TV, Bluetooth soundbar and free, fast WiFi.

From there you also get to the beautiful, sunny terrace with attractive garden furniture / beach chair, 2x. lockable garden sheds, large carport (with lockable gate) and fenced (by hedges) garden.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms for 2 people each. A bathroom with shower / bathtub, toilet, sink and hairdryer is also available. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and closet, the third with 2 single beds and a closet.

The house is a non-smoking house and pets are allowed a maximum of 2 on request.
You have 2 parking spaces in front of the house and a driveway suitable for the disabled. You can safely park bicycles in the lockable garden sheds.

Note: Bed linen / towels can be booked on arrival for a small fee with our house service. Tourist tax is payable on site.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Parkplatzsituation mit 2 großen Autos ist etwas tricki, aber wir haben es gemeistert. Das Haus bietet 3 Bäder was für 3 Paare sehr angenehm ist. Und der Garten mit einem Unterstellplatz für unsere Fahrräder war sehr gut. Alles in allem würden wir es weiterempfehlen.

Familienausflug

Auf der Suche nach einer Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit mehreren Badezimmern für 3 Paare sind wir hier fündig geworden und können die Ferienwohnung von allen 6 Gästen nur weiterempfehlen. Es passte einfach Alles. Von der Geräumigkeit, der gemütlichen und praktischen Einrichtung bis zur Lage. Die Einrichtung ließ keine Wünsche offen, es war Alles in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Der Check-In sowie -Out lief völlig problemlos. Bei bestem Frühlingswetter war der Aufenthalt leider zur kurz, ist aber für eine Wiederholung gemerkt.

Toller Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Carolinensiel. Und das nicht zuletzt wegen dieser tollen Unterkunft. Super Ausstattung, sehr kinderfreundlich, sehr sauber und tolle Lage. Absolute Empfehlung

Die schöne Doppelhaushälfte liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse nur wenige Schritte vom Museumshafen und verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants entfernt. Die Räume sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und waren sehr sauber. Drei Bäder sind vorhanden, was besonders günstig ist, wenn man mit Freunden anreist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen

Wieder einmal herrlich

Wir waren schon letztes Jahr in der tollen Ferienwohnung von Familie Hoffmann. Daher wussten wir, was wir bekommen und waren wieder rundum zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr gut geschnitten und die Lage und die drei Badezimmer und drei Schlafzimmer machen vieles einfach. Hoffentlich bis nächstes Jahr!

Zum 2. Mal im Haus Dünenwind

Es war wiederum sehr schön, das Haus ist perfekt. Ausstattung, Lage und meistens auch das Wetter. Wir haben die 3 Wochen sehr genossen und sind gut erholt nach Hause gefahren.

Kurzurlaub mit viel Komfort

Ortsmitte und schöner Hafen fussläufig erreichbar. Ebenso vielfältige Gastronomie in der Nähe. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit bei Netto. Küchentechnik und Medienausstattung hervorragend. Gepflegter Garten mit guter Ausstattung. Und auch unsere Retrieverhündin hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Rundum eine Wohlfühlunterkunft.

Urlaub im Ferienhaus par excellence

Man kann nur schwärmen von diesem Ferienhaus. Es liegt etwas abseits (sehr ruhig) und doch zentral (keine 200m vom Zentrum) in einer Seitenstrasse. 2 Parklplätze vorhanden, umzäuntes Grundstück (gut für den Hund), und alles was ein Haushalt benötigt. Carolinensiel ist immer eine Reise wert, besonders bei blauem Sonnenschein und null Regen. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen und Carolinensiel/Harlesiel sowieso.

Urlaub Carolinensiel

Der Urlaub in Carolinensiel war perfekt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben,es hat an garnichts gefehlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr sehr schön und alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Garten ist rundum eingezäunt,was super für Hunde und kleine Kinder ist.

Absolut toll!

Unser Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus in Carolinensiel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren zu 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Hunden dort. Das Haus ist sehr modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und man kann fußläufig alles erreichen. Ob Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Edeka, Bäcker etc oder den Hafen mit seinen tollen urigen Kneipen oder Restaurants. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Super Haus leider in den Wintermonaten sehr kalt

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen geschmackvoll eingerichtet ausreichend Platz mit liebe zum Detail. Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub Anfang März dort. Die Temperaturen waren leider sehr kalt und so auch das Haus als wir angekommen sind und leider auch in den kommenden Tagen dauerte es bis sich das Haus erwärmt hat. Da war es dann schon Zeit für uns zur Abreise. Kleiner Tip vielleicht das Haus schonmal Vorheizen wenn Gäste sich ankündigen. Ansonsten kann man die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
