Our holiday home was completed in April 2017 and is located in the heart of Carolinensiel in a quiet, central setting. Nothing stands in the way of a relaxing and restful holiday here. We offer you a stylish, bright, and extremely comfortable home that provides everything you could hope for on your holiday. With approximately 70 m² of space and a spacious layout, our home can accommodate up to five people plus a toddler.
On the ground floor, a combined living, dining, and kitchen area invites you to make yourself at home. Whether it’s a cosy meal or a relaxing evening spent together—just feel right at home!
After an eventful day at the North Sea, the upper floor—with its three cosy bedrooms and shower room—provides the perfect atmosphere for a restful night’s sleep.

Bookings during peak season are only available from Saturday to Saturday!

Ground floor:
- modern and fully equipped open kitchen (oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator and extra freezer, coffee maker, additional espresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, etc.)
– large dining area with adjustable child seat
– cosy living area with seating area, TV armchair + ottoman, LED HD satellite TV with Blu-ray/DVD player, stereo system with radio/CD player, game collection, art supplies, books, and comics for all ages
We also have an electric fondue set and a punch set ready for you to enjoy during the cosy winter months!

Upon arrival, you will receive the following basic supplies:
- For the kitchen: 2 x hand towels, 1 x kitchen towel, 2 dishwasher tablets, a filled soap dispenser
- For the shower room: 1 shower mat, a filled soap dispenser
- For the guest bathroom: 2 guest towels, a filled soap dispenser

A parking space is available directly next to the house.

One dog is allowed; a one-time fee of 20.00 € applies; additional dogs only upon request.

Bed linens and towels are not included but can be booked for a one-time fee of €12.00 per person for bed linens and €6.00 per person for towels.
