"The room decor is old and needs updating, the furniture was hard and uncomfortable. The swimming pool photos looked luxurious but reality more like public swimming pool, the indoor hot tub was lukewarm. At check out (10am) there was a long queue and only 1 employee on duty, we waited 25 mins only to hand the keys and bath cards over (had asked if we needed to queue and was told yes, but in fact not really necessary). The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We didn’t book breakfast...

"This was our last stop on the way to Sylt. Management and staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Also a dog bed was provided for our labrador. As dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, dinner was delivered to our room. Food (also breakfast) was excellent. When leaving, we also received a surprise snack pack for our trip. Really appreciated "

"This place does not get top-score from me because I thought I booked the Severin Spa Hotel. I did not know there were 2 hotels by the same name and owner, so obviously we were disappointed of this hotel since we were expecting the Spa Hotel witch looks amazing. But the rooms, the breakfast and the hotel manager was top class. Bike rental costs 50€ per day per bike - should be complementary in my opinion "
