"Visited hotel for our anniversary and had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and near by all amenities. The reception staff at check in and the concierge made us feel very welcome with a lovely glass of Prosecco and a tour of the hotel. We booked a junior suite with hot tub that was really spacious and clean. We ate in both the cocktail bar and their Thai restaurant Mizumi and both were exceptional. Every staff member that we encountered couldn’t do enough for you and always with a smile. Will definitely be back and highly recommend."

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect – the kind of stay that leaves you wanting to come back even before you've checked out! The Location: Absolutely unbeatable. Nestled right in the heart of Ambleside, the hotel is surrounded by stunning natural beauty. Our room overlooked a gorgeous waterfall, and waking up to the soothing sound of flowing water and a view of the hills was pure magic. It felt like a peaceful, luxurious escape wrapped in nature. The Room: Wow – our room was massive! Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and designed for real comfort. It had everything we needed and more. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the little touches made a big difference. Honestly one of the best hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. The Staff: Every single member of staff we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. From check-in to check-out, we were made to feel at home and very well looked after. "Clean well equiped appartment. Enjoyed the swimming pool, table tennis and the bar that looked out onto the lake.Loved the seating area/garden to sit out in the evening. Site is in a brilliant location for cycling routes (cycled on the lancaster canel tow path and along an off traffic route all the way into morcombe). Friendly helpful staff ."
