"Me and my family came here for spring break and it was okay. I booked a penthouse I felt it could’ve been cleaner I found hair in the freezer the beds were a little uncomfortable with very thin comforters. Also water wouldn’t get hot so showers were very quick because it was too cold. It was advertised that we would receive a hotel credit of $200 however when I checked in the front desk associate gave me a coupon book worth $200(bad advertising) but what me and my family like the most about the resort is the heated pools and hot tubs. The ocean water view was amazing! The stay could’ve been better if we didn’t experience the things I listed above."

"Paid extra for a sea view, it seemed that the better rooms with a proper sea view and higher floors required an upgrade when you check in, which they kept pushing. Most of the pools were closed or dirty. The hotel is on the flight path. We had a junior suite and this has a window to a corridor, so anyone walking past looks in at the bed. Then you also have to pay extra for parking, resort fees and tax, so will have to add $60 per night to the hotel cost. "

"While this motel is indeed, beachfront, it isn't a place we'll stay again. Noisy and sketchy appearing clientele and some things that need attention. Positives: room was spacious and had a full size refrigerator, toaster and microwave. Front office staff was courteous, efficient and warm. Not so positive: Motel was far from full yet loud. Motorcycle started and revved to the max starting at 11:00 pm, room above us noisy with dog who seldom stopped running; angry man pounding on our room at 1;00 am. Police activity starting at 3:00 am continuing til about 5:00 am.Although we were wiped out tired we were relieved when it was light so that we could leave.Plus, no blankets, just a top sheet with a lightweight bedspread."
