"Our cottage was very clean and comfortable. Construction on the street made the area noisy during the day, but that was not a problem for us. Check in was easy and contactless, so we didn't interact with staff, other than by phone. It was nice to be within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops, and close to the riverwalk."

"First I would like to compliment the owner, communication was excellent, immediate response when texted all during our stay. The house was exactly depicted in the photos. Very clean, with all the comforts of home. The addition of a screened in patio with a big screen TV and an large pool were an exceptional addition for a great vacation. The home is very private with everything close by. Excellent access, short drive to beautiful beaches, dog beach and shopping. The home has 3 bedrooms with 2 baths, large den with large screen TV, kitchen well equip with top of the line appliances, laundry also with large top of the line machines. Did I mention this place is exceptionally clean?? Dog friendly and bring the kids this place will not disappoint. "Very nice neighborhood, very quiet. Close to many things. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Owner provided a lot of niceties like shampoo, conditioner, soap, keurig pods, etc. Only slight flaw was no access to outlets by top of bed so we had to go get an extension cord for my husband's C-pap machine. Property was extremely clean. We also appreciated the laundry facilities. There are two nice new washers and dryers for use - free - and some laundry detergent available. We'd definitely stay again. "
