Direct train to airport and other cities or tram to historic part of city steps away. Host, Adam, is very communicative and lives on premises-- like saying at a friend's. "Lovely old hotel conveniently located to all the sights of Antwerp, but in a mostly residential area that is quiet and peaceful. Great breakfast, friendly staff, very relaxed environment. The building is beautiful, but be aware that you’ll need to climb plenty of stairs; if that’s a problem, choose a more modern hotel with an elevator! I enjoyed my night here and would stay here again if I return to Antwerp. My room was basic, but I slept well, and that’s what really matters at a hotel."
