Located directly on the Old Harbour of the Hanseatic city of Wismar, the newly built luxury holiday apartment complex “Hafenspitze” stands next to the restored Ohlerich Speicher. A total of 39 hotel-style, exclusive holiday apartments await you, each featuring a balcony, loggia, or terrace. These excellent apartments are 2- and 3-room units ranging from 42 square metres to 99 square metres of living space, all featuring high-quality amenities. All apartments feature heated floors. The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by lift. Some of the holiday homes are designed to be accessible.

Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are available. Each holiday apartment offers a view of the harbour area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze area also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. You’ll spend your stay in a maritime setting and can reach Wismar’s Old Town in just a few minutes on foot, where you’ll find historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, along with a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city.

The apartment described here at Hafenspitze 36 is a comfortable 3-room holiday rental ideally suited for up to 6 people. It is located on the 3rd floor of the building. The lift takes you to the 2nd floor. From there, you can reach your apartment via the staircase, which offers a spacious living area of 81 square metres. The balcony, facing the neighbouring Ohlerich warehouse, is furnished seasonally. The living area is equipped with a fully appointed kitchenette (stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave). Two separate, modernly furnished bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area offer ample sleeping comfort.

The apartment also features an interior bathroom with a shower. Upon your arrival, the beds for 2 people will already be made. Towels and bath towels for 2 people are also included. Additional linen packages can be booked for a fee. This is a non-smoking apartment. Family-friendly amenities here also include a cot and a high chair. For a fee, you can park your vehicle in the public harbour car park, approximately 300 metres away. There is also a charging station for electric cars there.

The seasonally furnished loggia faces the neighbouring Ohlerich Speicher. Take the lift to the 2nd floor and follow the staircase to your modern home on the 3rd floor. You’ll be greeted by a bright and stylishly furnished living-dining area, where a comfortable seating area, a dining table, a flat-screen TV, and an internet radio with hotel mode provide the ultimate in comfort. You can use the Wi-Fi internet access free of charge.

A high-quality kitchenette is integrated into the living area and equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. This allows you to prepare delicious holiday meals entirely on your own if desired. In addition, the holiday home features two separate bedrooms, making it ideal for families. The en-suite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and heated towel rack, also features underfloor heating.
