Wooded Bliss @ Spring Brook Resort

Situated on a serene wooded lot near Spring Brook Golf Course, this spectacular five bedroom home is destined to be your favorite vacation spot! The home offers three floors of open concept comfortable living and is within walking distance of Spring Brook's clubhouse. Great for family reunions, holidays, and friend getaways. Tthe home sleeps a maximum of 14 guests.

The main floor features a flowing open floor plan with plenty of natural woodwork and rock finishes, creating a modern-rustic charm. The cozy kitchen opens up into the dining room and the living room, which features a queen sized sofa sleeper, a gas fireplace to enjoy when the weather cools, as well as a 50” smart TV for movie night or game day. There is a shared bathroom as well as a 1.5 car garage to use for your vehicle, toys or sports equipment.

Upstairs, you will find the nautical themed master bedroom that features a king size bed, a patio door that opens up to a private balcony with woodland views, a smart TV, as well as the master bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms on the same floor both feature king sized beds and smart TVs. There is a shared bathroom for added convenience.

The lower level has two bedrooms with queen sized beds and smart TVs, as well as a fourth shared bathroom with a shower. The rec room has a sofa, tables and chairs for board and card games, a foosball table, as well as a 65” smart TV - bring your gaming system! There is also a bar that is an actual front half of a boat! Enjoy spending quality time with your friends and family and unwind after a long day at the water park or the ski resort. There is complimentary high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi in the home, as well a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Step outside and experience nature in the backyard, where there is a charcoal grill, a large patio with plenty of seating, and a stone fire pit for you to enjoy!

Wooded Bliss is a short walk and drive from Spring Brook's Clubhouse which is the location of Spring Brook Sports Bar and Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness center, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps a maximum of 14, rates based on 10 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.

Great family getaway

Spring Break Vacation

The place was incredible Clean an organized had utensil pots pans to bake cook even a BBQ outside we made delish meals and spend some great family time convenient place to stay Walmart and all stores are only 3 min drive the children love the basement we will come back!! costumer service 10/10they even can provide play pens for infants

Perfect for our stay! Clean & Newly Renovated

This was a perfect home for our stay! We had a group of 3 families (total of 7 girls and women) for a dance competition at the Kalahari resort. It was perfect for us and a quick drive to Kalahari. The house was clearly newly renovated as the carpets and floors were spotless. Towels and bedding clean and comfortable too. No issues checking in or out.

Ammenities were disappointing.

We stayed in 2157 Elegant Birch. The dishwasher leaked water when we ran a load. We were afraid to run another cycle. Wished there had been a scrub brush or something to hand wash the dishes. Only one paper towel roll was very inconvenient for our party of 9. There was no salt and pepper, no oil spray for cooking eggs for breakfast. I realize I am being a bit picky, but I don’t usually bring my own salt and pepper, oil, or paper towels when on vacation. It would have been nice to have a few simple items. I realize I could have called you all, but that takes time and just not worth asking for such small items. Our family had an 80th birthday celebration for our mother at the Bar and Grill and the accommodations were excellent there. The side room was just the right size for our party.
