This place was just what we needed. A place to sleep, cook, and shower. We were very busy enjoying all that dells has to offer. The room was actually a little bigger than I thought it would be. We were happy with the host and our stay!

We had a great time.. Ed was very communicative and prompt with responding to all of our questions. Quiet area to relax after long day at Waterpark.. It is great to have ability to cook a quick meal and save $$. Would stay again!!

Perfect for Short Stay

Nice, quiet, well-kept property off the beaten path of the Dells. Would have given it five stars except we were missing a hair dryer and tissues--two things I tend to use. Never got to the pool but I thought it was just out the door from the photo and it is not. The Building had a title--Building D. Would have helped in the directions.

It was ok. It felt like a hotel room at a water park. Which it was but nothing different then just one of there rooms. Towels were hard and no hand towels. It was quiet and served its purpose. Didn’t like that we didn’t get address and check in info until arrival day. It stressed me out a little.

Very conveniently located

Property worked well for us. One small problem was there was a funky smell. We think it was cleaning products trying to combat pass smoker. Property was clean and property manager was a breeze to deal with.

Grounds were nice vending was lacking,pool was under construction, lack of laundry view was nice. Dish washer was not emptied when i arrived. Who ever did the painting needed to be fired there was paint overspray on everything. But all in all it was very comfortable.

My brother for married at Chula Vista resort and this was such a convenient location! It was like a 5 min walk to the resort and nice to not actually be in the resort but still on the same grounds.

Proximity to Chula Vista

Quiet building with walking trails and out of the fray of the main resort. In nice weather it is a pleasant walk to Chula Vista waterpark and main property.

Great place to stay.

My daughter and I stayed here while at a softball tournament. It’s a very nice and clean room. Convenient location for us. It’s the second time I’ve stayed in one of Ed’s places. I’d recommend his places to others!

Tournament Weekend

The property was very close to our tournament location and easy to find. The room was clean and had everything we needed for the short time we were there. Ed was easy to communicate with and got back to us quickly. We will book again if we are in the area.

Wonderful Host!

My family and I loved Edward’s place. The room had plenty of space for us, including a fridge/freezer, microwave and stove in the kitchenette. The bathroom was spacious, the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the convenient location without being in the high traffic area. There were plenty of cleaning products available if needed. We had a great time!
